Hi all my name is Franko, been into oldskool BMX's since I was a kid, my first BMX was a Tuff Burner with yellow Skyways back in 83, however that got nicked then I had a Falcon Freestyler, but I always hankered after a top end BMX, my bro had a Kuwahara back in the day, which also got nicked!! Fast forward to about 10 years ago, I got the bug of collecting oldskool BMX, between my bro and me, we owned Haro Freestyler, Robinson Pro, Raleigh Pro Burner, Raleigh tuff Burner, Raleigh Night Burner, Diamond Back Silver Streak, Gt Pro Performer, & a DP Freestyler, however we moved house and lost the space to keep all these bikes so sold them all on. Fast forward to now, I've been bitten by the collecting old skool BMX bug again, I thought that there cannot be anymore Barn/garage find BMX'x about until last week that is! .... I have recently acquired two old skool BMX's in the space of a week, first one was more a midskool bike a 94 Dyno Blast, which is, by no means a top end bike, but nice decent bike, that's was cheap cheap!!! but the other bike I have just acquired is a CW Pistol Pete that's has been sitting in a back of a garage for 30 odd years!!!! this one is truly in the barn find category, picked up for a princely sum!!!!...pics are being uploaded as we speak!!! So I guess I'm back in the game, see ya'll soon

That CW is going to be lovely. Are you going to restore all the parts?

Yeah I will, in fact they dont really need restoring as the parts are like new, this bike was hardly used from new, it seems like it was purchased then placed in the garage for 30 years!!!! sSo they wont need much resto, however it seems like it may have been an Odyssey promo bike or something, as its has Odyssey everything on it, Bottom Bracket, headset, brake calipers & seat clamp, not sure if they are year correct? I want to restore it to as close to factory spec as possible, and possibly add a few more PPP parts. Watch this space
