All depends on what you want Paul, the cheapest way is to buy a complete bike, but you then get what some one else deems nice, so swings and round abouts.

Look out for CW's, they seem to go really cheap, and are all very well made bikes, there my tip for a top end bike that dont cost a arm and a leg, the layout are really friendly to ride for adults as well
